• Chronic diseases:

Will treat chronic diseases such as blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, emphysema, asthma, thyroid etc

• Acute conditions:

Will treat colds, sprains, strains, insect bites etc.

• Prescription writing:

We will write prescription necessary to treat your condition. WE WILL NOT WRITE narcotics (vicodins, codine), psychiatric medications such as sleeping pill, xanax, klonopin, valium OR ADD, ADHD medications. We will refer you to chronic pain clinic and/or a psychologist/psychiatrist.

• Prescription refills:

If you run out of your medication, you must come back, we will not do refills over the phone. DO NOT CALL OUR PRIVATE OFFICE TO REFILL IT.

Prescription costs:We will send you to either Kashat pharmacy, Wallmart, meijer or any other pharmacy that can offer many generic medications for $4 a month (Meijer have some antibiotcs for free).

• Specialist: If you need a specialist, we will refer you to one but you have to pay the specialist the office visit.

• After hours: The doctor does not answer any calls after hours. He is not on-call. If you must see a doctor after business hours then you MUST GO TO Emergency Room.

• Need to see a doctor During non-clinic day: If you need to see a doctor on the day that the clinic is not open then you can visit doctor Jaddou's private office. However you will have to pay the office visit. We are not able to see you for free at our private offices. If you see him at his private office

in Sterling Heights or Troy, It will be a discounted rate of $95 each visit. If you have insurance, he will be able to take it at his private office

Psychiatric problems:We will refer you to the appropriate place to see a psychologist and a psychiatrist who speaks your language.

• Things that we can NOT do:

-blood test: We are not able to do blood work. Also we are not able to send you to a lab to do blood work.

-X-ray: We do not do it. Also we can not give you prescription to do it somewhere else.

-disability papers, traffic papers or work injury WE CAN NOT fill them.

-pap smear and gynecological exam, we are not set up to do,

also we can not give you a slip for a mammogram.

-Immigration medical exam, not able to do it

-Wound/cut suturing, not able to do it

-ADD, ADHD treatment, we will not prescribe ADD medications

-EKG or breathing test, we don't have the equipment

-Work excuse/work injury/School excuse, we don't deal with that

-Psychiatric treatment, will refer you to appropriate place

-Prescribe narcotics or psychiatric medication, will refer you

-Do physical, we do not do check up

-Give samples, we don't carry samples.

- Complicated problems, we must refer you to a specialist at your own expense.

-Immunization: We do not have, you need to go to health dep.

-Transportations, we do not offer transportations.

Sever sickness: If you come in to the clinic and you are very sick such as chest pain in older person, shortness of breath, very high blood pressure with or any other sever condition, we will send you to Emergency Room. In some situation we may have to send you in an ambulance.
