Q: Where and When will the clinic be?
It will be in the classrooms next to St. Joseph church.
Every Wednesday 3-3:30 throughout the year.
Q: Who qualify for this clinic?
A: This clinic is open to ALL Chaldeans adults and children, rich and poor.
Q. Do I have to be low income?
A: No, no matter what your income is you are welcome to come in.
Q: What if I have insurance?
A: It does not matter, weather you have insurance or not, everyone is welcome. We will not take insurance.
Q: Who will staff the clinic?
A: It will be staffed by Dr. Neil (Nahil) Jaddou, M.D., board certified family physician, assisted volunteers medical resident Alaa Toma, and medical assistant.
Q: Do you take Medicaid or any other insurance?
A: No, we do not take any insurance, the clinic is free of charge.
Q: Will the doctor give me prescription or samples?
A: If you need prescriptions, the doctor will prescribe you the medication. You will then go to a pharmacy that gives the medication at affordable price. We will work with Kashat pharmacy, to provide $4 generic program also Walmart and free antibiotics at Meijer.
We Do Not Carry Samples.
We Do Not Prescribe Narcotics, Tranquilizers or controlled substance. We do not prescribe psychiatric medications. We will refer you to a psychiatrist.
Q: How about refills on medications?
A: We may give you refills, but if you run out of refills, then You Must Come Back and see us again, we will NOT call it in.
Q: What if i must see a doctor another day other than Wednesday 3-3:30?
A: You can call the clinic and you will be directed to see Dr. Jaddou at his private offices in Sterling Heights (16/Ryan) and Troy (16/Crooks) at a discounted rate of $95 office visit. He is not able to see you for free at his private office.
Q: What if I need to see a doctor after hours?
Dr. Jaddou will not answer the phone after business hours. He is not on-call. You must go to Emergency room if you are sick.

Q: What if I need blood test or X-ray?
A: We can not draw blood or do x-ray
